What payment methods do you accept?
Our payments are processed by Paddle. They support all major cards, PayPal, Google Pay and others.
Can I use Bar Assistant for free?
Some features that are only available to customers with the "Mixologist" plan, but most of the features of the Bar Assistant that you need for a personal use are free.
Do you offer a trial for a "Mixologist" plan?
Currently, we do not offer a trial for the "Mixologist" plan. If you have any questions about specific features please send us an email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
When you sign in to your account, go to your profile and under the "Billing" tab you will have the option to manage your plan. Once you cancel your plan, you will have access to your current plan until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You will be downgraded to a free account. You will have an option to keep one bar activated, while the rest will be deactivated. All data for deactivated bars will be retained for one year. If you reactivate the "Mixologist" plan you can continue where you left off.
